Please.. Smoking inside the house is not permitted at all. Smoking outside is fine but cigarette butts do not enhance the beauty of garden, grow into trees or get eaten by parrots. It's a fantastic help if all the used linen is left in the downstairs bath but we totally understand if you didn't really want to leave and just ran out of time.

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.
